Sound familiar?

The teaching is the easy part. It's everything around it.

“The phone rang mid‑lesson. Again.”

By the time you ring back after five, they've booked whoever picked up first.

“My evenings go on texts and phone tag.”

Times, prices, which package, bank details, and who's paid and who hasn't.

“Mum booked it. The learner forgot.”

The reminder went to one phone, and the slot sat empty.

“The paperwork lives in a notebook.”

Names, licence numbers, lesson times and car rego, all kept for five years.

How it works

One system, built around your week on the road.

Here's what changes, in the order most instructors feel it. Every piece is set up for you, and it all runs from one place.

01 · Online booking

Bookings that don't need you on the phone.

Learners, or their parents, pick a time from your real availability, pay by card or Afterpay, and get a confirmation on the spot. Nobody has to wait for you to finish a lesson to find out if Saturday is free.

  • Single lessons, packages and test-day packages, at your prices
  • Parents can pay for a learner, and the lessons land on the learner
  • Reminders to the learner and the parent, so fewer empty slots
  • Payments go straight to your own Stripe account

02 · Your website

Your own website, or a better version of the one you have.

A site on your own domain with your prices, your reviews and your booking page, built for you and looked after for you. If you already have a site you like, we can connect booking to it instead and tidy what needs tidying.

  • Your domain, in your name, yours to keep
  • Made for phones first, because that's where learners and parents look
  • Your Google reviews shown on your own site
  • The misconduct reporting line Transport for NSW asks to see on instructor websites, added for you

03 · Lesson records · NSW

Your lesson records, kept as you go.

NSW asks every instructor to keep a record of each student and lesson for five years, and since August 2026 that record needs to be made on the day of the lesson. Most instructors I meet are keeping it on paper, or meaning to.

In Omnisoft, the lesson record is created the moment a booking is made: the student and their licence number, the date and time, and the car. When you want the lot, it exports in one go.

Omnisoft keeps the records the NSW Driving Instructors Regulation asks you to keep. It's a record keeping system, not legal advice: your obligations remain yours, and if you'd like certainty about them, Transport for NSW and your association are the people to ask.

04 · Calls and messages

Every call answered or texted back, while you drive.

When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text from your business number within 60 seconds, with your booking link. Plenty of people would rather book online than wait for a call back anyway.

Texting runs on an optional phone number, which is an extra cost for the number and each message (details in the FAQ). Without one, everything else on this page still works.

Want the phone actually answered? An AI receptionist can pick up, handle the everyday questions and book the lesson in. It's an optional add-on, and we'll agree the price before anything is switched on.

  • Missed-call text back, with an optional phone number
  • Texts, emails and website enquiries in one inbox
  • AI receptionist, an optional add-on

05 · Reviews and follow-up

Reviews on autopilot, and a clear view of what's working.

After lessons and on the day someone passes, the system asks for a Google review, straight to your own profile, at the moment people are happiest to give one.

Every new booker is asked how they found you, so each month you get a simple snapshot: bookings and money collected, missed calls texted back, new reviews, and where your new students came from.

  • Review requests after lessons and passes
  • A monthly snapshot, in plain English
  • Check-ins together at 30 and 90 days, then each quarter

Not a marketplace

Keep more of what you already earn.

Omnisoft isn't a marketplace. We don't take a cut of your lessons and we don't sell you leads. It's your own system, and everything in it stays yours.

Already taking bookings through a marketplace? There's no need to leave it. You can run both, and let the marketplace fill the gaps.

Your domain

Registered in your name, so it's yours whatever happens.

Your reviews

On your own Google profile, not on someone else's listing.

Your students

Your list. If you ever move on, we export your contacts and booking records for you.

From one of our instructors

What six months looked like for Darren.

Darren Worthington runs Worth It Driving School in Dapto. His bookings used to live in the calendar on his phone: no reminders, no follow-up, and a Google listing he didn't own.

He still takes cash in the car the way he always has. This is what came through his own booking page on top of that, without a phone call and without him chasing anyone.

More than a third

of what came through his booking page arrived while he was teaching. Fifteen bookings on a weekend, eight after 8 at night.

Three quarters

of the money came from learners booking again. Half the learners who used it came back.

Orders through the Worth It Driving School booking page, 19 February to 28 August 2026. One instructor, one region, six months: a real result, not a forecast.
